CFO EDGE360 provides professional virtual CFO services. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations, refunds, and service modifications. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Consultation Cancellations

Free Initial Consultations

Our free initial consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled:

  • Up to 24 hours before the scheduled time: No charge or penalty
  • Less than 24 hours notice: May result in loss of future free consultation eligibility
  • No-show: Will affect future booking priority

Paid Consultations

For paid consultations or strategy sessions:

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or credit
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or credit
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund (services already prepared)

Service Agreement Cancellations

Monthly Retainer Services

For ongoing monthly CFO services:

  • 30+ days notice: Full cancellation, no penalties
  • 15-29 days notice: One additional month charged
  • Less than 15 days notice: Two months notice required
  • Immediate cancellation: Possible early termination fees

Project-Based Services

For fixed-scope projects:

  • Before project commencement: Full refund minus administrative fees
  • Within first 25% of project timeline: 75% refund
  • After 25% completion: No refund (work already performed)
  • Client-initiated changes: May affect refund eligibility

Refund Process

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • Credit card payments: 5-7 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-10 business days
  • International transfers: Up to 14 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. If that's not possible, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative method.

Service Modifications

You may modify your service agreement:

  • Upgrade services: Immediate (additional fees may apply)
  • Downgrade services: End of current billing cycle
  • Scope changes: Subject to availability and pricing adjustment
  • Timeline extensions: May require additional fees

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We review cancellation and refund requests on a case-by-case basis for situations involving:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Natural disasters
  • Business closure or bankruptcy
  • Other extenuating circumstances

If you disagree with a cancellation or refund decision, please contact our management team. We'll work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution.
